- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what the customers complaint is then we set up a time and day to do an inspection to figure out what type of animal they are having an issue with. After the inspection we offer to trap and remove the animal we also offer an itemized proposal to repair entry points to keep animals from getting back in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a high school graduate and have been trained and tested for this position of work my license is through the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. I have been in this field of work since March 2008.
