FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no "standard" pricing because we have no "standard" clients. All of our pricing is specific to our clients' needs. We do offer "no surprises" pricing. Once we determine the services a new client wants, we give them a set price for those services which will not change until they choose to change the service level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a Free Initial Consultation to determine what the new client really needs and to answer their questions about our company and our experience. Using the information we gather, we will provide the client with a proposal which includes details about the services we are offering and specific pricing for each service. When we begin work with a new client, we carefully review their existing bookkeeping and information systems to ensure that we are "speaking their language." We find it helps to use terms the client is familiar with when asking questions and implementing new procedures. After the review, we will perform services for our client to their specifications. We want them to understand everything we are doing and why. Part of our service is to provide solutions to help their business run more effectively and efficiently. However, we will not recommend any changes to our clients' process until we completely understand it, except with respect to legal requirements.
