Introduction: Adriana Sanchez has more that 15 years of experience in the fitness industry providing coaching and training for all ages, backgrounds, and goals. Her extensive experience in Group Fitness includes teaching every format from strength training, conditioning, HIIT, kickboxing, children's and senior fitness, dance based workouts, yoga and pilates, and everything in between as well! She has taught and trained participants in her home state of Texas and now in Washington DC where she lives and continues to expand her education. With a strong foundation in Nutrition and dietetics, she has provided nutrition coaching to athletes, bodybuilding and fitness competitors, weight loss clients, pre and post natal care, and patients undergoing cancer and thyroid therapies.
