- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the size of the house, what needs to be done and how often the cleaning is to be done. Price includes cleaning supplies. I will gladly use your products in your home at your request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A visit to the property is recommended to complete a full assessment of the work that needs to be done and to have and idea of the supplies that will be needed to perform the job. This is a free estimate. The original quote may be adjusted at this time due to the size of the home, the conditions it’s in and what you need done. My prices are not complicated and are pretty reasonable. When an agreement is reached on a price we schedule a day for the cleaning to be done. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30+ years residential cleaning experience and commercial cleaning experience performed at Hewlett-Packard and Picatinny Arsenal for three years, where I was in charge of the cleaning crew by the contractor.
