- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a trip charge of $85.00 which covers up to a half hour of drive time and 15 minutes of on-site troubleshooting time. Any drivetime or labor above and beyond that is billed at $85 an hour and 15 minute increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will provide a free on-site estimate, give the customer a chance to review. If the project is excepted we typically can start work within three business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified with over 25 manufacturers, I hold my EPA certification, I have a HVAC technical degree for heating and cooling systems. I hold my master low voltage license and contractor license.
