What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Perspective clients are provided an intake form. It is reviewed and a consultation via TeamViewer is scheduled to meet and further discuss the proposed project. Thereafter, a team is assembled, and the client and team meet via TeamViewer. A Proposal is generated. If perspective clients wishes to engage, an engagement agreement is executed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 400 hours of web training, and course work in web design, and digital marketing strategy.
