Scott was very polite, he explained everything he was doing. He told me what to expect. He was very thorough in treatment of my problem. I was very pleased and will recommend him to anyone needing pest services.

We had a spider problem and both of our children were bitten. We called cross mark and Scott was there the next day! He did a regular pest treatment and spent a good amount of time searching for brown recluse evidence. Much more than I would've expected! He shop vacced our unfinished basement and crawl space to remove spider webs just so he could tell if spiders would return the next time he comes. A lot of extra work to be sure our home is safe. He actually made two trips to be sure! We will be using his service from now on.
