First off let me just say trying to take care of my attic with the rodent problem i had, oh man was I was a royal mess. I didn't know where to start never mind find the time to do it. When I heard from some friends that Mike dupont would take care of it all. I was in total relief, felt like a huge weight was lifted off from my shoulders. Mike was very helpful he knew exactly what needed to be done. He removed the old insulation, then sanitized the attic, re-ran the exhaust vent from the bathroom to the gable end, he air sealled the entire attic, he also knew how to install Proper Vents for air flow and blow 18 inches of cellulose. Did a perimeter bat of an r49 around the scuttle hole and built up the scuttle hole and used weather strips to prevent cold air from coming into the house. I would highly recommend him to everyone. All the questions I had regardless of how many times I swear I asked the same question multiple times he answered them very professionally and in a manner to where I could understand. Mike was very orderly and very organized he didn't have to rush around trying to find anything he had it all right there. I would definitely ask for his help again without any hesitations. Awesome job Mike, thank you again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an install fee then Labor. If The customer hasn't bought the material for the work that needs to be done, I would measure out walls ceiling slope etc, to determine square footage and then buy what was needed. Then that is added to the bill.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is to get to know the owner/contractor. Explain what I'm doing and how long it will take. Also if they ever have any questions they should always ask!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done it for 6 years, I was a lead guy for 5 of those 6 years. Basically I led my own small team and got the jobs done that were at task!
