- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key. Talk to each other. Meet each other. Who are your key people? Tell me about your organization/business. The more I know about your organization the better I can design my presentation to create a successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Speakers Association member since 1993. Learned from mentors and peers in the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My speaking career began in 1993, when I was invited to speak at a company function. My presentation included slides, audio and interaction with the audience. We ROCKED the ROOM that evening and I was hooked. I knew that this was what I wanted to do for a living.
