- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on scope of work. So, the answer is Yes. but, we ALWAYS prefer to see the opportunity before committing to a price. Meeting the people, performing for the customer and an efficient process is so important to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We receive a phone call or text. 2. Jake will visit the site and come up with a price 3. we present the price via email or on the spot depending on size of job 4. %50 deposit is made 5. We complete the work 6. we communicate throughout process 7. we get approval and payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Annual training is normal for our swimming pool professionals. We attend all the normal trade shows and education seminars. Being in the field each day at this point we have it down to a science and understand the most effective and efficient ways to get stuff done.
