Lolita is one of the best real estate professionals that I have worked with. She helped me with a rental property that I had on the market for awhile. Not only was her expertise in the field was impressive, but also her knowledge of my particular neighborhood, insight in pricing my place and personality--she really wanted me to get the right person for the right price for my property. Her personality is helpful, and not pushy, additionally she really cared!! All these characteristics, coupled with her knowledge helped me to rent my home in a timely manner. Her follow-up was stellar and I know I made a friend--and someone that I would refer to friends, family and strangers without reservation. It can be hard to find the right real estate professional (there are so many!!) and she is such a gem!
