- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may charge considerably low rates for this line of work, however I charge increased rates for work outside of my local area which is the south metro area. The goal is to offer the price incentive to people in my area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have passed 2 certifications through the National Fireplace Institute. I have 5 years in the industry and I am always eager to learn and gain experience and more importantly; expertise.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, from the house-wives of atlanta to your neighbor. Some customers give their technician a challenge, I like challenges and nothing is more gratifying than making even the most demanding customer into a referal.
