Sir, how can you leave a review and I didn't render any services to you. I removed a section of tile you couldn't do free of charge. I never answered the booking request because I am very busy. I get in late and just want to rest. I apologize that you have a job that needs to be done and I don't have the time to do it because clients already paid me retainer fees up front and have priority. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 225 two hour minimum but also give best estimate based on the job criteria
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give fair quotes and I explain the process in laymen terms. no hidden fees and when a relationship is built I have better quotes for loyal customers even small task for a gas surcharge as a thank you for being a loyal customer. also have referral discounts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trade school and on the job training for over 15 years
