- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $40 for the first hour of service and $25 per hour for any additional time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first meeting a customer, I will sit down and patiently listen to them describe their problem(s). I will then give them my professional opinion as to the cause of the problem and estimated time of repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Illinois Valley Community College with a Certificate in Computer Networking. I worked for 14 years as the Network Administrator of Rhema Christian Academy Streator, IL.
