I FIRST GOT A COMPUTER 1OYEARS AGO AND TOM TOLD ME HOW TO USE IT.THEN I GOT NEW ONE AND HE SET IT UP FOR ME. IF I EVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPUTER TOM IS FIRST ONE I CALL.YOU KNOW I LIV IN NURSING HOME AND WHEN THE STAFF HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR COMPUTERS THEY ASK ME FOR HIS PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE OF GOOD WORK HE DOES,I TRUST TOM TO WORK ON COMPUTER 1000PER CENT.

My standard pricing is $40 for the first hour of service and $25 per hour for any additional time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first meeting a customer, I will sit down and patiently listen to them describe their problem(s). I will then give them my professional opinion as to the cause of the problem and estimated time of repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Illinois Valley Community College with a Certificate in Computer Networking. I worked for 14 years as the Network Administrator of Rhema Christian Academy Streator, IL.
