Elite Air conditioning went above and beyond fixing my a/c. Mr. Marcum is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He showed up right away and he took the time to explain everything and his prices were very very reasonable (much cheaper than others I have used and a much better experience). I will not hesitate to call Elite for any other a/c needs and will recommend to friends and family.

We had five different companies come out and give us a quote on replacing a 10 ton commercial unit. Matt was the only one who took the time to see if he could fix the unit we were going to replace. Once doing some tests (2 days and no guarantee we were hiring him) he found he could fix the unit. We hired him, the unit is running great, and he saved us around $5,000.
