What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe standard pricing causes some clients to get over-charged, and in other situations for me to be under-compensated. Neither of these mean providing the best work possible on my part. I customize my pricing for each client so my effort and ability are applied where the client wants it most.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation call. I want to make sure I am the right photographer to meet your expectations. If we agree that I am the right photographer, I then provide a basic shot-list which I customize with your help to guarantee I deliver every photo you are dreaming of. I introduce myself to your planner (if there is one) and work with them every step of the way. Communication is key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my AS in Digital Media Technology. Not only am I certified to operate a professional camera, but I also have extensive experience with photo editing and enhancements in programs including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
