- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee structure is as a fee for the total project. I do not work on an hourly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually find out everything I can about the project and what the client's goals are be it a website, logo or anything else and then make sure all questions are answered satisfactorily not only for the client by for me as well so there's a clear understanding how to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working as a marketing/graphic designer/web developer for over 25 years with great success. I went to art college on the East coast and have been working in various industries on the West coast and now globally ranging from designing motion picture campaigns to websites.
