What I like most about Shoot For the Stars Fitness is Heather's ability to listen to what you want to accomplish and then implement a plan that works for you, that includes your health and ability, while gently pushing you to do more. I love the fact it is all done on my timing, my schedule, whenever works for me.

Heather is very responsive to my personal needs and challenges as a fibromyalgia patient. She understands my lifestyle and helps creatively plan on the go meals that taste great. I've already lost 3 lbs this week! She calls or texts me daily to motivate me to be consistent in exercise and doesn't scold me when I fail. She may be a new coach yet she she knows people and challenges. You won't be disappointed to work with her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 1 session a week. $125 for 2 sessions per week $150 for 3 sessions per week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would start with a phone call so I can get to know you a bit. Your goals, your why ex... fallowed by a medical questionnaire. Then we would start SMART goals and get started.😂
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified personal trainer
