Introduction: English was my best subject in high school and it also is right now in college. I love helping others learn English or Brazilian Portuguese if they don't speak it yet, and also helping others perfect their language/writing skills. With me, whether we meet in person, via Skype or other Internet means, you will get real help and reliable information that will help you improve your personal language/writing skills. I really like to fix things, mainly machines, gadgets or just household items. This also applies to English and resumes and things like that; I really love editing and searching for mistakes. For me, it's just fun! I also love seeing people improve their language and writing skills and getting excited about it. It is one of the most important skills that you can have in today's world.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to be as fair as possible and prefer to work out cost with each individual client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients a bit before starting, learning their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to writing and speaking English (or Brazilian Portuguese). If possible, this is an ideal time to have a conversation in person or online with a client who does not speak English or Brazilian Portuguese as their first language. We will then exchange Resumés/documents if necessary--whatever document needs work. I will edit the document(s)/give help according to the client's expectations and will then send/mail my work back to the client.

High School Diploma (finished HS with A grade earned in English Sophomore through Senior years) Associate's Degree from BYU-Idaho University (A grade earned in ENGL 101 and ENGL 102)
