Jackie is a very positive, motivating and energetic individual! She always helped me push myself in order for me to accomplish my fitness and nutrition goals! I lost over 30 pounds in 3 months! She is growing to become one of the best personal trainers out there!!! You can't go wrong with Jackie!

I worked out with Jackie for 2 months and had an excellent experience. I was really intimidated about working out with a personal trainer, but I felt comfortable with Jackie from the first day. She pushed me to do more than I could have done on my own, and I lost 2 inches off my waist and 3% body fat just in the first month. Oh, and did I mention that all of those results came despite having a broken leg? I had to do all of my workouts seated, and Jackie STILL found a way to get me those results! I can't recommend her highly enough.
