The process of finding someone to rent the home went great. We had a few conversations that were lost in the communication process on the management side, getting the house ready for move in. However, Brant corrected the mistake. I recommend communicating via e-mail because Bryant is very busy and it will also ensure that you will to have any lost communication. He has a secretary that also assist with the e-mails. The one thing I like the most is the portal so that I can see what is going on with the property. Overall, everything was completed in a timely manner and misunderstandings were corrected.
