He knew right away what the problem was with our washer , my husband talked to lg repairman he said we would probably need new washer , glad we went with D Fisher , he found the issue right away and we didn't need new washer , keeping him as our go to !

Dean was quick in responding to online request. He did what he was hired for and left a mess. After I cleaned up behind him and paid for his services it was difficult to get a receipt from him. Overall the experience was below par-

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I prefer to see all of the work firsthand and price the entire job. it makes it nice so the customer knows that we won't be milking the clock or accrue additional costs due to work taking longer than expected.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    we replaced all of the water lines and the drain lines throughout the home.
