- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on the complexity of the tax return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate via email and telephone to discuss the details of their tax needs. Video chat or conference is an option that is available based on times that are mutually convenient for all parties. Clients send me their documents for processing their tax returns. I also have each client complete a new client packet to assist me with their filing needs. I use a secure document service for signature requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in Business Administration. I also completed the requirements to become an Enrolled Agent. An Enrolled Agent is able to represent tax payers in any matter before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled Agents are required to maintain a high level of knowledge as it relates to tax laws/code, ethics, and continuing education.
