I reached out to Ms. Pat to have our house we just bought cleaned before moving in. I have to say I am so impressed with how well her worker did the floors look amazing, and the bathrooms are fantastic as they were pretty bad, especially the tubs! I'm definitely hiring again in the future!

Absolutely amazing! I manage garage rentals for small business owners, and recently, I had one tenant moving out and another moving in on the very next day. I contacted Ms. Pat around 5 pm to inquire about cleaning the space. To my astonishment, she promptly sent me photos of the cleaned area at 9 pm on the same day! This level of service is truly exceptional. I'll definitely stay in contact with for future needs!

Specifically reserved Ms Pats for a full house “deep clean” starting at noon. One singular cleaner was sent with instructions to “dust & clean the bathrooms.” Upon discussing the miscommunication, the cleaner then revealed that they had come without a mop, vacuum, or even paper towels. They had to use my personal supplies except for Windex/Fantastik. And then they were at my house from noon until 5:30pm! They took so long that even Ms. Pat herself began texting me directly if they were done yet. At this point, I asked for a discount, due to my supplies having to be used and the vacuuming going to be left undone as my vacuum broke recently, and again, the company’s cleaner didn’t bring one. I was met with sarcasm due to the owner thinking that the discount I wanted being too steep for a job that would be going unfinished, at personal cost to me. (To be direct, I do not blame the cleaner as they were doing what they could with what they had) My house is easily a 2-person minimum job). And at 5:30, when they finally finished and left, I inspected my house to find multiple places still dust-covered and with cobwebs. I will never use Ms. Pats again nor ever recommend them. I far too much for my house to be this unclean after nearly 6 hours of work/6 hours of not having my house to myself.
