- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Help the customer figure out exactly what he/she wants by informing customer of services provided. 2. Be informative and direct as customers will have plenty of questions. 3. Be persuasive but not pushy, make suggestions. You want to cater to the customers needs but you also have to be able to sell your product. 4. When customer agrees upon service, a contract should be drawn. 5. Welcome customer, affirm great service and relationship.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that they are providing the service that you (customer) want and not the service that they (vendor) wants to give.
