- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water feature projects and priced on a case by case, project by project basis. Every project is truly unique and comes with a unique pricing structure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all potential customers we like to have a detailed phone discussion about and project or service that they are considering. During the phone call we get a clear idea of our customer's expectations and budget comfort level. When ideas are agreed upon we schedule an on-site visit to finalize plans and schedule the services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On-going training and education is a part of the work culture of Full Service Aquatics. All team members participate in educational training and professionalism.
