Introduction: I take a lot of pride in how I setup for the best acoustics a venue can give me and when I mix live and otherwise, I'm meticulous in making sure those plugged in to the board sound the best they can. I do what I do because I've loved it since I first started mixing almost 20 years ago. I've met so many wonderful local artists of all genres over the years. I also love the opportunities I'm presented to help people improve at something they love doing like singing. I've learned much as well through the years. I love giving vocal lessons because I know it isn't easy and you have to work your voice like a muscle. Consider me a Vocal Strongman Trainer.

Bekkah was the DJ for my wedding. Let me tell you, she did an amazing job! I gave her the list of songs I wanted to play and instructions on when to play certain songs...she pulled it off with flying colors! The wedding was intimate, beautiful, and perfect and her tact and professionalism made it less stressful for me. Even if the marriage didn't last, I have great memories of how perfectly it went. After having gone to several different Karaoke nights around town and on various cruise ships. I'd have to say the Bekkah is one of the best I've ever seen. She is always willing to help the new person get over that initial fear. Not to mention constantly adjusting the mixer for the singers. She is one of the few people I will drive an extra 30 minutes to go to one of her shows.

I've been to multiple events, (karaoke, weddings, etc), hosted by Ms. Notes and her sound quality, set up, knowledge, and professionalism are top notch. She is also a joy to work with and has a great personality!

Easily my favorite KJ in Tulsa, she has a huge selection but even if she doesn't have a specific song, she finds ways to make it work. Her energy is great, she makes every singer feel comfortable - you're singing with friends, not strangers. I used to sing professionally and always did my own levels, and Bekkah's sound is always spot on. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Pure sink or swim experience. I've worked in some of the best venues, as well as some of the worst. Rolling with the punches in this field is an imperative.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took interest singing in Jr. High Choir watching the sound engineers. They taught me to run my first boards.
