FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I don't , I usually price it out per job. I have to look at the project because no project is ever cut and dry. There are always circumstances in projects and I like to tell my customers straight out that there will be no added or hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them thoroughly regarding what exactly their needs are and see if I can even help them. If I cant help then I can usually give suggestions on who they can call. I ask how long of a timeline I have to complete the project. If they want my opinion and ideas to help with the project, then I offer them. We discuss the needs of tools, other labor help, supplies, and hours needed to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
