This flooring business is amazing. I received the best customer service I have ever received from any company. From the store, choosing my flooring, to the cost and installation. I would highly recommend BRAM FLOORING to anyone looking to purchase flooring of any kind. I personally chose carpet and hardwood flooring. I am looking to do some custom tile in my master shower next. They also do window coverings and countertops. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A couple of years ago Bram Flooring installed carpet in my home. I was so impressed with the installers. Not only did they move all my furniture and remove my old carpet they vacuumed and cleaned the concrete before laying the new pad and carpet. And in addition vacuumed the new carpet. Sometimes carpet will stretch after time but not this carpet. It is still just as tight as the day it was installed. I have referred Bram Flooring to many of my friends and they have all been completely satisfied.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are different. We work on a square yard/foot pricing scale for installs and sales.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to selecting a product we like to schedule a free in home measure. This allows us to be prepared for you when you visit our showroom. We can give you accurate estimates while you are in the store while directing you to products that will fit within your budget. We also can bring out samples to your home for you to select there as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I installed flooring for 20 years before retiring due to a knee injury. I opened my store in 2011 bringing the experience and knowledge of the installation field. Having this skill assures that I know how a job should look when completed as well that it is being done correctly.
