- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We never charge anyone a different price just because. If for some reason we need to charge more we would make that very clear up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to inspect the pool and typical clean it the same day. From there we just start coming out as often as you wish. Very simple, fast process.
