- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for a consultation. We do request that you set up an appointment, however, rather than just drop in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new bride comes for her appointment we ask her to bring any pictures she has seen of what she likes. If she has swatches for the dress colors that is also helpful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with plants for over 20 years and in the florist end specifically since 2010. I have a certificate in floral design from Rittners in Boston MA. My staff has significant experience in the floral industry with one of my current employees currently over 30 years!
