- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our consulting services are highly customized to the client's needs and hence the fees vary from client to client depending on the complexity of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Acuvity Consulting, our motto is "Consulting with Care". In order to build trust, we always offer a 1 hour, no strings attached meeting (usually over coffee), consulting session with a prospective client. This gives us an opportunity to understand each other's objectives and goals. During this time, we quickly assess whether we can indeed assist with the client's need or not.We are extremely honest with our prospective client, if we can't and usually provide referrals to someone who might be able to assist. If we can help them, we will then discuss the logistics and approach.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder of Acuvity Consulting, Venkat Avasarala, is a leader in Business and Technology strategy with over 18 years of experience in strategy and operations, marketing and technology strategy, business process development, and problem-solving. As a former Deloitte Management Consultant, he brings the Big 4 consulting practice principles and expertise to small and medium businesses to help excel and achieve growth. Venkat has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.S in Computer Sciences from Villanova University
