- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard straight forward pricing system for most projects. You describe to us your challenges and symptoms. We will diagnose your plumbing system, find the solutions and explain what we found during the system diagnosis. We then share your options and give you a no-hassle straight forward price. You authorize all work before it is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all our customers with respect for not only their property but their time as well. When you schedule an appointment, we will contact you and let you know we are on the way, as well as letting you know we are a little behind or ahead of schedule if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a North Carolina Class 1 Unlimited Plumbing License 18804. We are North Carolina Plumbing Inspector Certified We are fully insured including Vehicle, General Liability and Works Compensation.
