- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different in this type of work. We provide free estimates. We also provide itemized written estimates for a fee. Our pricing is very reasonable and provides a great value without reducing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to come to the project location and perform a site survey. This will allow us to give an accurate quote especially since every job is a custom job. If possible we can even finish the project the same day. We like to make sure we have a clear understanding of what the customer is looking for before any work is started. Once the quote has been accepted for larger jobs we do require a 50% non refundable deposit to lock in the appointment day and time. After the project is completed the customer may receive a customer satisfaction survey to their email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten years of structured wiring experience. All of our technicians are trained on all aspects of low voltage electrical work. We are certified with many different manufacturers from home theater providers such as Onkyo, Yamaha, Russound, Sonos and more. We are also certified with Honeywell and Interlogix security systems and hikvision, axis, and several other security camera systems.
