- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT WE TRY TO BE CLEAR AS POSSIBLE ON PRICING A JOB AND FOR THEM TO ASK QUESTIONS AND THAT ONCE WE QUOTE THEM AND THEY ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS THE QUOTE WILL THEN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON WHAT'S BEEN ADDED.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
GREET THEM WITH A SMILE TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED,TAKE BEFORE/AFTER PHOTOS OF THE JOB AND BE CLEAR AS POSSIBLE WHEN QUOTING.

OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS A FEW OF MY PREVIOUS JOBS I HAPPEN TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING UNWANTED ITEMS MY EMPLOYERS DIDN'T WANT OR WANTED DISPOSED OR RECYCLED.SO I WOULD SAY ABOUT 10 TO 10 YEARS.
