Troy and his team repaired our flat rubber roof and replaced flashing around a large skylight. Additionally, I had him back to clean our gutters. Troy impressed us with his knowledge of rubber roofing (he even has a youtube video on the subject!) and the thoroughness of his suggested repair. I highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always set up two separate times to interact. First is to inspect and evaluate the job site and what all needs to be done / quoted for. Second, I set up a time where both the customer and I can sit down and discuss all the options on the table, as well as answer any questions that may arise during the process. Remember, we are with you through every step!
