I am a former athlete and a life-long health and fitness enthusiast. I am also a certified life coach so I will teach my clients how to remain strong, healthy and fit regardless of their age or life circumstances. Life is all about balance. I believe age is just a number and anything can be accomplished with a right set of mind, right goals and dedication.
I will develop a personalized fitness routine to help you reach your personal fitness goals. I have been a Personal Trainer at the YMCA for over 3 years as well as a former gymnast and a Power-lifter. I also have extensive knowledge about injury prevention and safe ways to regain fitness after an injury.
I am a very patient trainer who encourages and supports clients. I help my clients reach their fitness goals by creating a customized fitness routine, dietary change recommendations, and continues support and encouragement.
