Introduction: I'm an AFAA-Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Healthy Lifestyle Coach. I will help my clients become stronger, healthier and more fit. I am a former athlete and a life-long health and fitness enthusiast. I am also a certified life coach so I will teach my clients how to remain strong, healthy and fit regardless of their age or life circumstances. Life is all about balance. I believe age is just a number and anything can be accomplished with a right set of mind, right goals and dedication. I will develop a personalized fitness routine to help you reach your personal fitness goals. I have been a Personal Trainer at the YMCA for over 3 years as well as a former gymnast and a Power-lifter. I also have extensive knowledge about injury prevention and safe ways to regain fitness after an injury. I am a very patient trainer who encourages and supports clients. I help my clients reach their fitness goals by creating a customized fitness routine, dietary change recommendations, and continues support and encouragement. You will reach your goal and I will help you get there! I love helping and encouraging my clients. I get very excited when my clients reach their fitness goals. My work gives me satisfaction of helping people.

What I value the most when working with Tanya, is her patience and constant encouragement. It was important for me to find a trainer who takes time to evaluate my current level of fitness and customize the approach to meet my fitness goals. Not everyone progresses at the same pace so there is no one approach fits all. I feel comfortable working with Tanya; she is called “personal” trainer for a reason!

Tanya is amazing! It’s almost been a decade without exercising for me. Thanks to Tanya’s dedication, patience and motivation i am off to a great start exercising everyday, eating healthy and taking off those unwanted pounds! Keep up the great work Tanya!
