Introduction: I focus on capturing the intimate connection that my couples share, while also trying to capture their authentic story and the things that are unique to only them. I love capturing not only my couple’s connections, but their relationships with their friends and family. I also love to focus on the details of a couple’s wedding day, it is my belief that details are incredibly important because the details are an expression of the things that are important to the bride and groom, what they like and what is beautiful to them. My style of shooting at sessions and weddings is relaxed, but in control. I give directions on how to pose or where to stand because I know what looks best and I want you to look your absolute best on your wedding day. I won’t stress you out on your wedding day or make your feel rushed, it is my goal to be calm and collected throughout your entire day. I am not a high volume wedding photographer, meaning I don’t shoot a huge amount of weddings each year. Instead I focus on quality over quantity. I only accept a select amount of weddings each year because it is so important to me that each couple I work with receives my absolute best work and attention. I love forming relationships with my couples that extend beyond the wedding day and I truly enjoy helping with any questions about vendors, venues, etc… that you may have. I absolutely love that with wedding photography I get to work with people! I love meeting new people and having a chance to get to know their story and what makes them "them." If you add to that the fact that I am getting to work with a couple on one of the happiest, most special days in their life, then it's hard to see why I wouldn't love and enjoy being a wedding photographer. I get the opportunity to tell someone's love story in a way that it's never been told before and I never take that task lightly.
