She is very knowledgeable and personable. We like that she makes herself available to help and can contact her easily. I also loved how she looks at the big picture and not just her slice of the pie. We initially hired her for book keeping but she asked other great questions about what she was seeing to make us really think and consider some financial decisions. We liked her so much we Hitler's her full time as our accountant! I would recommend her to everyone.

When I hired Cox Accounting and Consulting, LLC, my brand new business was picking up fast, too fast! Before I hired Christy I had so many questions but not all the answers. Now that I have her help, I am at ease. She has set my business up in Quickbooks-I didn't use any accounting software & I didn't know how to use it. And she's taught me how to use QBO. She's helped me get my business's LLC & so much more! When I have questions she points me in the right direction & she always responds quickly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge dependent on the job and client's needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have the client communicate their needs and make sure that I am a good fit for their company and requirements. I will then present pricing and contract. If both parties agree to the terms, then we can get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in accounting and almost 20 years of experience. I have worked with many different types of clients from large investment firms to small start ups. I am a member of both the AICPA and IMA.
