Ken Brown has fully completed a wide array of projects for me since 2008, starting with replacement of a large deck at our home, and including a major kitchen makeover, supervising a retrofit of a complicated HVAC system, and garage door replacements plus finishing of garage walls with insulation and painted sheetrock. His last major project was to add a handsome and comfortable 12' x 12' sun room that blends perfectly inside and out with the existing house. We plan to use him for bathroom remodels in 2017.
Ken has also done much work at our duplex, including virtually a full rebuild of one unit, replacing rotting subfloors, creating a great new bathroom, replacing the windows, and insulating the whole building's crawlspace. He will only use excellent suppliers, workers, and subcontractors, and knows who those are throughout our area.
Ken is so experienced and versatile (not just carpentry, but also floor laying, painting, plumbing, and electrical) that he gets hired to straighten out and complete projects where less capable builders have left or been fired. He has also been on emergency repair calls to the duplex and to our residence, and always came promptly and corrected the problems.
Ken Brown is indeed an excellent builder, and I have total confidence in his ability and integrity.
