- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here in Kern county I can assure you we are lower priced compared to the rest of competition and we do offer discounts for veterans, active military, senior citizens, police officers and all first responders. Also, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically depends on the job usually jobs I will throw a price for the job out there or customers can choose to just go off our hourly rates really depends on the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates from a four year trade school for electrical training. I have a state certification that is required to perform any work in the electrical trade. I also carry ca contractors license (c-10) to contract any electrical job no matter the voltage.
