This company was great to come out to our home to take measurements and discuss our project in a timely manner; however, we were told they would put together the numbers and give us an estimate in 1-2days. I contacted them at the end of business day 2 and was told they would email me the next day. It has now been another week and we still have not received an estimate by email or call by phone to discuss our project. We are very disappointed on the lack of follow thru with this company at this point and will be looking elsewhere to contact another contractor who will follow thru on their word.

Good morning. Your estimate was sent on the 25th. I always follow up 1 week after email is sent to see if Customer is still interested or has questions regarding estimates. I do apologize if you did not receive it or if there was a miscommunication. We do rely on computer systems that aren't always the best. I always have my phone on me to respond as quickly as possible to customers, also while being respectful of other customers time & money that they have already commited to me. If you would still like to review the estimate I sent, please feel free to call anytime, As with our 1st meeting, I will work around your schedule.
