FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing never fun to talk about, partly cause its hard to monetize something you love to do. But there is a lot of time knowledge and post production that goes into my line of work. Depending on the client and their needs, travel, equipment required. Although there are situations that I do offer a discount. It never hurts to tell me what you are looking for and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever possible I like and enjoy scheduling a meeting to talk about what my client is looking for. That meeting gives both of us a time to talk about any concerns or specific images they would like to get.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been lucky enough to study under, and assist several amazing photographers. However I never consider my training done. My desire to try new things and create new and exciting images pushes me each time I pick up my camera. I have lead a few workshops, been a guest lecturer at schools, and currently have 2 younger aspiring photographers that I am mentoring.
