- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is based on what the client needs. Some prefer hourly; some prefer monthly. I am flexible as well as reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to first come to a clear understanding of the project and client expectations. Because of my diverse experience in administrative, marketing and communications work, I am always confident in my ability to get the job done. However, most of my decision-making to accept a project is dependent on my current workload. Once I have accepted the job, the client and his/her expectations come first in everything I do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received a bachelor's degree, along with multiple on-the-job completion of classes on project management, advanced editing, marketing and communications and more.
