- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our primary focus is providing a comprehensive marketing strategy for small to medium sized businesses that includes website analysis, SEO services, social media marketing, lead generation, reputation management, content and blog implementation, automation and any relevant additional tactics to help the business build their customer base and increase their revenues. Pricing varies greatly depending on the type and number of services the business owner needs and wants, as well as the level of service needed in each category. We provide detailed quotes after we speak with the client and have an understanding of where they are compared to where they want to go with their marketing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to partner with entrepreneurial minded business owners and help them find the best way to market their business by blending the art of creative and science of data using a proven system and measuring the progress. We start with a free consultation to get to know our clients, understand their goals, and learn what makes their business special. This gives us a framework to build from as we implement a four step strategy to mine leads and customers so they can grow their business and increase their profits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My desire to move into marketing consulting to use my gifts and talents to help other business owners was born after spending more than 30 years working in multiple industries developing strong project management, customer service, training, creative and leadership skills. Earning my Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems Management as an adult, tackling the classes online while raising my family, fueled my passion and demonstrated my ability and commitment to harness my skills and discipline to accomplish my goals.
