Jennifer got my glass stove top and shower so incredibly clean, I honestly wouldn’t have done the detailed work she did myself. She even bought product and left it with me without intending to charge me for it (I paid her for this anyway, but I appreciated she didn’t expect it as it wasn’t something we specifically discussed). I already am thinking of more special cleaning projects in the future that I would hire Jennifer again for. She’s really quite a great a cleaner! Very personable too!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually use the app to message the customer. I schedule the cleaning. I do the cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have custodial experience at a 3 story, Post Office. I did all of the cleaning, terrazzo floor refinishing, groundskeeper and Jeep detailer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work when my sister introduced me to Thumbtack. She was pleased when she hired someone to unpack after a move. I tried it and I found I enjoyed the feeling of satisfaction afterward.
