The team at RTT are fantastic. I have multiple properties managed and putchased through RTT. I live outside the US and its comforting yo know that a professional team are looking after all aspects of my properties, from the purchase, rehan and leasing of the properties. The team will go to great lengths to assist and nothing appears to hard for them to do. I have recommended them to friends who have used the company since with great results. I highly recommend them both in purchasing , leasing and if required the sale of a property. Living overseas it is slightly more complicated to obtain property but everything has gone like clockwork each time taking the stress out of the purchase and rehabilitation of the property. I can't recommend them highly enough and if you want a hassle free time use David At RTT he is the true professional.

No attempts by RentWorks to keep me, as the property owner, regularly informed on the status of renting my property. When I called or emailed them, they would use the same excuse - that the rent I requested was too high - but then they made no attempt to initiate contact with me to discuss alternatives. It certainly did not feel as though they were representing me or my interests. When I shared this with them, their response was that it was in their interest to rent my property because if they didn't, they wouldn't be making any income either. Well, I believe they promoted and generated interest in my rental property equal to the effort they put into it, and it shows.

Dixie went above and beyond to help me not only find a tenant in record time but assisted me with some items that I couldn't handle on my own due to my out of state location. There were no hidden fees, she answered all my questions in an expedient manner and most importantly did an exceptional job in the screening process for my tenant. Definitely would recommend her as my top choice for a property manager. Dixie advises me right away if there are any issues with my property as well as solicits vendor quotes on my behalf. My mind is at ease knowing Dixie is looking out for best interests.

We offer several tiers of Management and Tenant Placement services. Our services start at $25.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend time speaking with each new customer to make sure that we fully understand the customers needs and desires and then we present them with a tailored package to fit their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the course of my sixteen-year property management history I have attended continuous and ongoing training in many areas of the industry including topics such as mold remediation and prevention, fair housing laws, termite and pest management, landscape management and virtually every aspect of HOA and condominium management that it is possibly to study. I also served as President for a local education-based association with over 750 members.
