- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model is predicated on whether the customer is needing Lease or full service property management services, along with they have one or more properties to be services. Our services are varied and customized based on the need of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluate their actual objectives, evaluate the actual needs of the property, prior to listing the property, determine the rental value of the property, market the property, thoroughly background screen interested rental prospects, summarize and discuss those individuals who have met our minimum requirements for potential occupancy, order the custom lease, conduct a thorough move-in inspection, collect FMR, and Security deposits, manage property, collect and process repair requests, along with monthly rental proceeds, and provide disbursements to Property Owners, etc...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Broker Owner, Florida Real Estate Company, with specialized ongoing training in professional Lease and Property Management services. Member of NARPM-The National Association of Residential Property Management. Member of the Lease and Property Management Council @ PRO-Pinellas Realtor Organization.
