Joe Wiley of Wiley Advisors was extremely helpful assisting my wife and I plan for retirement. He focuses his services to the client’s requirements as opposed to a canned, impersonal approach. Joe sat with us on a Sunday afternoon, getting to know us, our concerns, and what we wanted or expected retirement to look like and to develop a pre-retirement strategy. We discussed this strategy, and he helped us understand options in ‘our’ language, carefully reviewing pros and cons of various action steps - all in plain language, easily understood by my wife and I. Although Joe took deep dives into our finances, and he helped plan our pre-retirement decisions based on this information, our discussions didn’t get overwhelmed with the details – just carefully thought out suggestions on what can be done and how to reorganize and manage finances for the next several years.
