- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I get an idea of what they're looking for from pictures or their thoughts. After that, I like to go out to the location of construction to get a better feel for the area and get more information from the customer. After that, I will start schematic drawings and once they're approved. Construction document phase starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years in the construction/architectural field. Starting out building homes to where I am now an Architectural Designer. I have had experience in commercial work, Theming work (Think Disney, Universal Studios and Casinos) and Residential work. I have always enjoyed Residential design work hence the reason for starting this company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically work with homeowners. At times, I will pair up with general contractors.
